Mihir M. Jani, M.D.

     Dr. Mihir M. Jani was born in New York State and grew up in Ohio. He completed his undergraduate education at the John Hopkins University in Baltimore, with a B.A. in biophysics. He then earned his medical degree from the John Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1998. Dr. Jani went on to complete his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency Medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri. He then completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, where he concentrated on the treatment of orthopaedic sports injuries and served as team physician to local high schools and colleges, and as assistant team physician for the Cleveland NFL, NBA, MLB and AHL teams. Dr. Jani specializes in sports medicine, which includes arthroscopic surgery of the should and knee, knee ligament reconstruction, and treatment of rotator cuff injury. His practice also includes total joint replacement, fracture care and general orthopaedics. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
